Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original anti-static packaging, ensuring all manuals, cables, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and functionality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
